Get Enough Sleep. Sleep is biggest problem when we move one destination to other. Don’t force your body, Listen to your body. After a long travel, sleep for a few hours to boost your energy to enjoy your trip.

Be Hydrate:  Drinking water is necessary for a body; most people ignore it while exploring. Carry a water bottle with you at all times. It will helpful to hydrate your body.

Eat plenty of fruit.  Fruits must include in your mead and carry it while going anywhere. All time, restaurant, and packed food is not heathy or complete your body nutrition. Eat fruits and dry fruit it will give the best nutrition, and lock you energy level.

Take your vitamins.  Take multi Vitamins supplement daily.
